Claire Schmieler

“Legacy Life Story Program” Claire Schmieler, a volunteer with the Visiting Nurses Association Hospice of Western Pennsylvania, will offer a program on personal interviewing to gather the personal history and story of a person's life. Ms. Schmieler came to this job after retiring from Slippery Rock University. "If you can read history and know it was your great-grandfather that did that, I think it will have a whole lot more meaning than it does in your junior high text book. It would for me anyway," she said.
